The
QMS Executive Search capability is based on over 20
years successful experience in handling senior searches.
We pay particular attention to getting appropriate instructions
from the client, understanding the assignment details
and nuances. We then provide a comprehensive assignment
briefing document which contains:
1.
A clear description of the position and person specification
2.
A preamble for candidates containing an overview of
the client and position business context. We use both
client data and our own files for this purpose.
3.
A timetable for the search project with milestones enabling
both the client and ourselves to track meeting of important
deadlines. This also enables agreed and appropriately
timely invoicing and payment process.
4.
Assignment contract terms with clear statement of mutual
obligations including consultant guarantee, fees, payment
terms and confidentiality agreement.
