QMS EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT

The QMS Executive Recruitment capability is based on highly experienced, industry specific knowledge and our expertise in determining client needs. We follow a proven selection process.

Recruitment is very much a systematic process and we work closely with our Consultants to ensure that the process is carried out. The process we adopt for recruitment is as follows:

Obtaining a full job brief when meeting the client.

Providing a full Assignment Brief to the client within 24 hours.

Carrying out industry searches.

Conducting a full database search.

Preparation of advertising copy for the most appropriate media.

Telephone screening of applicants from the database search or advertising response.

Interviewing of candidates (using targeted questions).

Short-listing candidates (using a weighted skills checklist).

Carrying out Myers Briggs (behavioural preference assessment).

Reference checking (using targeted questions).

Regular monitoring of appointees during the initial period of employment.

By following this approach we are able to quickly identify those candidates that are suitable and only put forward those that meet the client brief.
