Gordon
Conolly’s management consulting career began after
a successful 30 year senior Human Resources management
career-see below for details. In 2000 he founded Dalcross
Executive Consulting and has now been successfully serving
a wide industry cross section of clients for 11 years-
most recently adding career transitioning and mentoring
to the Dalcross suite of services.
In 2003
Quadrant Management Solutions (QMS) was established
expanding Gordon’s consulting practice further
into the fields of executive search, recruitment and
contracting. This initially focussed on Accounting and
Human Resources, but later he developed a niche speciality
in Corporate and Investment Banking placements from
Analyst to Director level. Most recently in 2011 senior
placements have included Director and Associate Director
roles in Project Finance teams to global banks focussing
on the Resources Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

Prior to his consulting career, Gordon’s
senior Human Resource line management roles were with
significant corporations CSR Ltd (1966-1981), AGC (1982-1985),
Chase AMP (1985-1991), Chase Manhattan Bank Australia
(Board Director 1991-2000).

of Human Resources and Public Relations at Chase include:

to 62% ROE and USD 120 million profit during the
1990’s.
